EyeMD Associates PC participates with all major insurance companies and HMOs.

We offer affordable payment plans to help patients finance procedures including LASIK that are not routinely covered by insurance, including LASIK.  With rare exception, laser vision correction is not an expense covered by most insurance companies. Our staff will be happy to speak with your benefits coordinator or insurance company to determine your benefits.
